Teddy Bears with Love 2012
Celebrating 13 years of bringing "bear hugs" to children across the country!
In 1999, the Office of Alumni Relations at Fairfield University kicked-off what would come to be known as the "Teddy Bears with Love" drive. Alumni across the country were asked to donate new, unused teddy bears to be donated to a local children's charity at the holidays.
Today, the Student Alumni Association, in conjunction with the Office of Alumni Relations, continues to proudly spearhead this effort. Now entering it's 13th year, thanks to the generosity of thousands of alumni, families, students, employees, and friends of Fairfield University, nearly 14,000 bears have been donated to dozens of charities not only in Connecticut, but across the country in cities like Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Manhattan, Newark, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C.
As we look ahead to 2012, our goal for our 13th Annual Drive we need your help to make sure we once again are able to bring smiles to the faces of thousands of children across the country over the holidays...
Please consider donating a new, unused teddy bear to our drive. You can donate to a local collection point in your area (listed below) or send one to the Office of Alumni Relations. Deadlines vary by city, however if mailing and/or dropping off your bear to the Office of Alumni Relations, please do so by Monday, December 10, 2012.

Drop-off event information will be added as we receive it from our regional contacts! If you do not see your regional chapter listed, please mail your teddy bear to the Office of Alumni Relations, 1073 North Benson Road, Fairfield, CT 06824.
More collection points will be added as they are received from each chapter. Special thanks to our area Service & Spirituality Chairs and Leadership Teams for coordinating these events!
