The Minor

Requirements for a minor in applied ethics:

1. Core credits in Area III should include a philosophy course that emphasizes:
   
   1. Ethics,
   2. One religious studies course that emphasizes moral theology, and
   3. One intermediate level (200) course in applied ethics.
2. Beyond the core, courses should include:
   
   1. 6-9 credits in intermediate AE courses (AE 281 through AE 296)
   2. 6-9 credits in advanced AE seminars (AE 391 through AE 398)
   3. Substitutions are possible as approved by the Program Director.
