- Personal Statement - In lieu of the application essay, please write a personal statement describing your current academic and/or work activities, as well as your reasons for seeking a transfer.
- $60 application fee - If you have applied to Fairfield University before you do not need to pay a second fee.
- Dean of Students Certification Form - This form attests to your disciplinary standing at your current institution. It should be completed by your Dean of Students. If you have attended more than one school, you need to submit a completed certification form from each institution you have attended.
- Transfer Mid-Term Grade Progress Report - Mid-term grades are used to evaluate your current semester's progress and to expedite the decision making process. Students who complete the mid-term grade reports typically learn of their decision sooner than applicants who wait to submit their final semester grades. If mid-term grades are not received, then a decision on the application will be withheld until official record of your academic history is complete. In every case, an official final semester transcript is required before enrolling in classes at Fairfield University.
- Official SAT I or ACT scores (Optional)
Students who have chosen not to submit their scores must indicate on the Fairfield University Supplement to the Common Application that they have chosen that option. In addition, students will be asked to respond to a question on the Common Application Supplement which reflects on Fairfield's mission as a Jesuit, Catholic institution.
- Official High School Transcript
- Official transcripts from all colleges attended (whether or not credit was earned)
- Course catalog descriptions of all classes taken at the college level. Official course catalog descriptions can be copy-and-pasted into a Word document and submitted, or a full course catalog should be provided (Courses should be highlighted and pages noted)
