Current Research Interests
Dr. Crabtree's research interests focus on intersections of media analysis, international communication, and intercultural dynamics using feminist perspectives and qualitative research methods. She is also interested in pedagogical theory and practice, particularly related to service-learning. Recent projects have explored these issues in contexts or collaborations in Central America, Kenya, Brazil, Spain, and India.
