Emily Smith is an Associate Professor of English Education in the Department of Curriculum & Instruction in the Graduate School of Education & Allied Professions. She came to Fairfield University in the Fall 2003 from Michigan State University, where she completed her doctoral work in Teacher Education/English Education. Emily teaches courses in Secondary Education, including English Methods, Literature for Young Adults, English Seminar and Educational Psychology.
