Greetings! I received my B.A. in English and American Literature from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and my M.A. and Ph.D. in nineteenth-century American literature from Cornell University. After teaching at Wake Forest University and Louisiana Tech University, I joined the faculty at Fairfield University as an assistant professor in 2000. I was promoted to Associate Professor in the English Department in 2005.
