University Activities - Undergraduate Commencement 2009 - Assembly and Seating
9:30 a.m.

Mandatory Meeting on Commencement: Tuesday, May 12 at 10:00 a.m. in the Kelley Theater at the Quick Center

Cap and Gown Pick-up: Tuesday: May 12 noon to 6 p.m. in Canisius Hall, Room 1 and also 7:30 a.m. prior to the ceremony at the same location.

Meeting Your Faculty Marshal For Outdoor Ceremony: Meet your Faculty Marshal in Canisius and Donnarumma Halls in alphabetical groupings by degree and by school at 7:45 a.m.

Seating on Bellarmine Lawn: This shows the area (by faculty Marshal) where you will be seated.

Rain Plan: Assembly with Faculty Marshals in RecPlex - Birkenstock Field House and seating in Alumni Hall by Faculty Marshal.

Ticket Pickup: Some degree candidates have not picked up the tickets for their family members. Stop by the Registrar's Office in the Kelley Center as soon as possible.

Diplomas: Diplomas will be given out after the ceremony in the Kelley Center Presentation Room. Diplomas can also be picked up in the Registrar's during the week following graduation. Any diplomas not picked up that week will be mailed.
