University Activities - Graduate Commencement Ceremony 2009 - Assembly and Seating
3:00 p.m.

Cap and Gown Pick-up: Tuesday, May 12 noon to 6 p.m. in Canisius Hall, Room 1. Also May 13 and 14 from 4 to 6 p.m. Anyone unable to come to campus at those times can pick them up Sunday starting at 1:30 p.m. in the same location.

Meeting Your Faculty Marshal For Outdoor Ceremony: Meet your Faculty Marshal in Canisius Hall in alphabetical groupings by degree and by school at 1:30 p.m.

Seating on Bellarmine Lawn: This shows the area (by faculty Marshal) where you will be seated.

Rain Plan: Assembly with Faculty Marshals in RecPlex - Birkenstock Field House and seating in Alumni Hall by Faculty Marshal. All tickets will be honored at Alumni Hall in case of rain - both indoor and outdoor tickets.

Ticket Pickup: Some degree candidates have not picked up the tickets for their family members. Stop by the Registrar's Office in the Kelley Center. We will also have them available at the cap and gown pickup. If you are not in the area, call and we will mail them to you.

Diplomas: Diplomas will be given out in the Kelley Center Presentation Room after the ceremony until 6 p.m. Any diplomas not picked up will be mailed.
